This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Agreement between you (the Customer) and Humble Ventures Limited (we, us, our).

For the purposes of this Policy, the Agreement refers to:

  • Places undue strain on our infrastructure or significantly exceeds normal usage levels observed across our customer base;
  • Negatively impacts the availability or performance of the Services for others;
  • Circumvents or exploits any system limits or controls, including the creation of multiple accounts or tenants to avoid fair usage expectations.

Where such issues arise, we may:

  • Contact you to discuss your usage;
  • Suggest a revised pricing arrangement to reflect actual usage;
  • Impose usage limits;
  • Suspend or terminate the Services in accordance with our rights under the Agreement.
